On 21st March 2023, we commemorate the 100th Year of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi’s Birthday.

Shri Mataji founded the worldwide movement of Sahaja Yoga meditation in 1970. Her meditation enables everyone to attain their spiritual rebirth through Kundalini awakening – Self Realisation. Shri Mataji’s free meditation is now practiced in over 100 countries.
