The two goals of FreemeditationTV are to spread SahajaYoga over the Youtube Platform and provide content for new people classes. There is a beginner playlist (17 videos) and the second and fourth Wednesdays of the Month have artists playing great music in easy to meditate 30 minutes sessions.
